We want you to love every item you purchase from Home Picks. But if something’s not quite right, no worries — we’ve made returns and refunds simple and stress-free.
🔄 30-Day Return Window
Changed your mind? No problem!
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange — whichever suits you best.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

💸 Refund Timing – Within 10 Days
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
You’ll receive your refund to the original payment method, and we’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s done.
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us — we’ll look into it right away.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personal care products
- Opened cleaning supplies
- Custom or made-to-order items
If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll of course make it right — just send us a quick photo and your order details.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.).
We always recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return gets back to us safely.
