How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of £2.95 on all orders — no matter the size.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the time they’re shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon!
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. For return instructions, just email us at support@homepicks.uk.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s complete.
